Dispatch and Delivery Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday (AEST) on the same business day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
*Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and may vary, especially during sales or promotions. Track your parcel via the Australia Post website, and contact Customer Service if it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated date.

International Delivery
- International shipping: AUD $35
- Free international shipping on orders over AUD $350
- Orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post
New Zealand Shipping
- Flat rate shipping: AUD $30
- Express shipping is not currently available
- Free shipping is not currently available for New Zealand orders
Duties & Taxes
International customers may be required to pay import duties or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional charges.
Orders shipped outside Australia are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you may be required to pay any applicable import duties, taxes or fees when your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your checkout total.
Cable cannot refund duties or taxes on returned international orders. In some countries, you may be able to apply directly to your customs office for a refund.
Shipping to the United States
Due to the current and frequently changing US tariff environment, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States. We are continuing to monitor the situation and hope to resume shipping to our US customers in the future.
SAME DAY & 3 HOUR DELIVERY
We offer Same Day Delivery and 3 Hour Delivery through our delivery partner Rendr in selected metro areas.
Delivery Fees
The cost is a flat fee of $15 for both Same Day and 3-Hour delivery.
Availability
Same Day Delivery and 3-Hour Delivery is available to customers located within a 30km radius of select stores in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Hobart. We are working on expanding the number of stores available for both Same Day and 3-Hour Delivery in the near future.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the selected store closes. For example, if the store(s) within your delivery radius close at 5pm, then Same Day and 3-Hour delivery will be available until 3pm.
Service Limitations
Same Day Delivery is not available for PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Delivery Tracking and Updates
You’ll receive an email with tracking details from our delivery partner Rendr. Once your order is on the way, you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time through Rendr’s tracking system. Additionally, you will get SMS notifications to stay updated throughout the process.
Authority to Leave
If you order is under $500, Rendr has the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. If your order is over $500 and you are not available to collect, your parcel will be returned to the store it was dispatched from and we will contact you regarding re-delivery
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is available from selected Cable stores.
How Click & Collect works:

Browse the website and when you find something you like, choose the desired size on the product page.

Click on the ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ button on the product page to check availability at our stores.

Add the product to your cart along with any other product you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, select ‘Pick Up’ as the shipping method and choose an available store. Note: If a store doesn’t have all items in your cart available for pick up, the Click & Collect pick up option won't appear. In this case, please select delivery for the entire order to be shipped to your home.

Complete your payment online.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a pick-up notification via email & SMS once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Signature on Delivery
All standard deliveries require a signature on arrival.
We do not currently offer Authority To Leave for Australia Post deliveries. If nobody is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will redirect it to your nearest post office for collection. We recommend using a daytime delivery address where possible.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur during sale periods, peak trading events or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery where required.

Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Please note, most orders are shipped by midday on the day they are placed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Responsibility for Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping provider, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
