Manufacturing
During the most recent reporting period, we sourced finished goods from Tier One manufacturing partners across four countries: China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Our partners produce apparel and accessories in line with our quality, ethical and sourcing standards. As part of the Austin Group, Cable follows the group’s responsible sourcing policies and supplier standards.

We are committed to responsible sourcing and transparency across our supply chain, with clear expectations for our manufacturing partners. Our approach focuses on understanding where and how our garments are made while strengthening oversight across our sourcing network.
Manufacturing partners are assessed through independent audits, site visits and ongoing performance reviews. These measures help identify and manage potential risks relating to human rights, environmental impact and modern slavery.

Gender Equality
We are committed to fostering a workplace that is inclusive, respectful and fair for all team members.
During the 2024 to 2025 reporting period, we submitted our first Gender Pay Gap report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, providing insight into where we are today and where continued improvement is needed.
