Online Returns Policy


Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All online purchases must be returned via mail to our online store.
Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
Full priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Online sale & outlet items can be returned for an exchange or credit.
Refunds will not be issued on Sale or Outlet items.
In the rare instance that your item is faulty please contact us at info@cablemeboiurne.com so we can arrange a repair/assessment.

Online Credits


If you wish to return a sale or outlet item, you are welcome to request an online credit.
Online credits are valid for 3 years and can be used in store or online.
You will receive an email with a virtual gift card number & four-digit pin which can be entered at the checkout when shopping online.
Present the voucher to a Cable team member in store to process towards your order.


How To Return


Fill out the returns & exchange form with a copy of your receipt. Please indicate on the form whether you are wanting an exchange, refund or online credit.
If you are wanting an exchange, please write the style number colour & size of the desired style in the space provided. In the instance that the item you would like to exchange your purchase for is unavailable we will contact you.
Post your return to the below address (we suggest using a service that offers tracking as we cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries)

CABLE MELBOURNE is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse. It is recommended that you return your items using registered mail so you can track the parcel.
