Online Returns Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All online purchases must be returned via mail to our online store.
- We are currently offering complimentary returns. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns label via email.
- Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Online sale & outlet items can be returned for an exchange only
- Refunds will not be issued on Sale or Outlet items.
- In the rare instance that your item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com so we can arrange a repair/assessment.
How To Return
- Fill out the returns & exchange form with a copy of your receipt. Please indicate on the form whether you are wanting an exchange, refund or online credit.
- If you are wanting an exchange please write the style number colour & size of the desired style in the space provided. In the instance that the item you would like to exchange your purchase for is unavailable we will contact you.
- Post your return back to the below address (we suggest using a service that offers tracking as we can not be held responsible for missing deliveries)
CABLE MELBOURNE is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse. It is recommended that you return your items using registered mail so you can track the parcel.
