Express shipping is charged at AUD$15 flat rate per order. Australia Post Express Post time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the Cable Melbourne website. AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard shipping within Australia is AUD$10.

FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide when you spend over AUD$300

Standard Shipping times apply for all orders. 

Australia Post - Express Post is available and will cost AUD$15 per order, chargeable at checkout.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post through an E-Parcel service.

Tracking from Australia Post E-Parcel will be emailed directly to the customer notifying the status of the parcel.

 


CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched by midday the day the order is placed – unless it is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday. Please note that shipped orders cannot be cancelled. A signature will be required on delivery.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International freight charges are as follows and will be sent via Australia Post with tracking:

FREE International Shipping when you spend over AUD$350

Cable Melbourne is not responsible for the loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

International customers may have to pay import duties and/or customs clearance fees. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of each individual customer. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.

Please note, Cable Melbourne is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.

Shipping to New Zealand

We're unable to ship online orders to New Zealand at this point. We appreciate your understanding and support during this temporary pause. DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Customer Care will contact you immediately or if you have any concerns, please contact info@cablemelbourne.com


CLICK & COLLECT

How to place a Click & Collect order:

1. Browse the website and when you find something you like, choose the desired size on the product page.

2. Click on the ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ button on the product page to check availability at our stores.

3. Add the product to your cart along with any other product you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

4. At checkout, select ‘Pick Up’ as the shipping method and choose an available store. Note: If a store doesn’t have all items in your cart available for pick up, the Click & Collect pick up option won't appear. In this case, please select delivery for the entire order to be shipped to your home.

5. Complete your payment online.

6. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and then a pick-up notification via email & SMS once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store.

7. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID for pick up.

Authority to Leave

For a secure delivery experience, all orders must be signed for upon arrival. In the event of absence, Australia Post will redirect parcels to the nearest post office for collection. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option and recommend providing a daytime address for smooth delivery.
