Online Returns Policy
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or digital returns card (valid for 12 months) for full price and temporary sale items, as long as you meet the returns conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. International orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt by post to our online warehouse.
Please keep in mind that we cannot facilitate exchanges for online orders at our online warehouse. If you’d like an exchange, please visit one of our standalone boutique stores.
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment. FINAL SALE items are clearly marked on the website and at checkout if purchased online and on the receipt if purchased in store.
Before returning your item(s) please ensure they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the original tags attached.
In the rare instance that your item is faulty please contact us at info@cablemebourne.com so we can arrange a repair/assessment.

Shipping Australian Orders
Standard shipping is $10.00.
We offer free standard shipping when you spend over $300.00.
Express Post is a flat cost of $15 per order chargeable at checkout.

Shipping International Orders
International shipping (excluding New Zealand) is a flat cost of $35 and will be sent via Australia Post with tracking.
We offer free international shipping (excluding New Zealand) on orders over $350.00.
New Zealand standard shipping is a flat cost of $30. We do not currently offer express or free shipping for New Zealand orders.
Authority to Leave
For a secure delivery experience, all orders must be signed for upon arrival. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option.
