Cable Collective Rewards

The new system has four tiers based on annual spend:

Subscriber Tier: $0 - $449 AUD
Cotton Tier: $450 - $1499 AUD
Merino Tier: $1500 - $3999 AUD
Cashmere Tier: $4000+ AUD

Once you qualify for a tier, your status is fixed for 12 months, after which it will be reviewed based on your spend.

For every $450 spent, you'll earn a $35 reward credit. These credits are valid for 30 days and can be used on in-store or online purchases, excluding layby purchases and gift cards.

New members will receive a $30 welcome voucher via email after signing up. The voucher will be sent within 24 hours of signing up and is valid for 14 days. It can be redeemed online or in-store using the provided voucher code and pin.

If you return items for a refund, any previously earned reward credits (AUD) will remain in your account. However, your account balance will go into negative points equal to the value of the returned items. This means your vouchers will still be available for redemption, but you will need to make additional purchases to bring your account balance back to zero before earning the next $35 reward credit.

Members in the top three tiers of the Program (Cotton, Merino, and Cashmere) are eligible for a birthday voucher, provided their date of birth is included in their profile.

Vouchers vary by tier:
Cotton: $20
Merino: $50
Cashmere: $100

The voucher is sent at the beginning of your birthday month and expires at the end of the month.

Merino and Cashmere members receive Christmas gifts, which can be redeemed in-store in December and January.

Merino and Cashmere members may be invited to exclusive VIP sale events, offering up to 20% off new season products. These events are invitation-only and are subject to store availability.

Cashmere members may be invited to exclusive pre-product launch sessions and in-store styling events, with availability based on location.
