Cable On Location: Copenhagen

Shot on the storied streets of Copenhagen, our new trans-seasonal edit embraces the quiet ease of late summer. Lightweight layers, textured denim and soft knitwear come together in a collection made for warm days that turn into cooler evenings.

As we move through our hottest months, many of us are already preparing for the season ahead. This drop bridges the gap — offering breathable pieces that feel effortless now and adaptable when the temperature changes.

Designed for everyday movement and uncomplicated style, this is the wardrobe that leads you gently toward autumn.

City Moments: Copenhagen

24 hours, well worn

Copenhagen reveals itself quietly - in rituals, pauses, and the spaces in between. This is a city experienced through small moments, not must-sees. The kind of day our clothes are designed for.

Morning - The Roe Bar

The day begins with intention.

At The Roe Bar, morning unfolds calmly — light filtering in, coffee poured without haste. Alongside it, Copenhagen’s most famous must-have: the cardamom bun. Spiced, softly sweet, twisted by hand and never overstated, it’s less an indulgence and more a quiet signature of the city.

Eaten slowly, often standing, coffee in one hand, warmth in the other. Coats shrugged on, knits layered without thought. The wardrobe begins working before the day fully does.

Mid-Morning - Indre By

Then, into the streets.

Indre By is best explored on foot. Wandering past local designers, restrained shopfronts, and interiors that favour function as much as form. Street style is effortless — practical layers, neutral palettes, pieces worn repeatedly rather than rotated for effect.

Here, Copenhagen’s design philosophy is most visible: nothing excessive, nothing accidental. Clothes move with the city, not against it.

Lunch - Locale 21

Lunch leans Italian.

At Locale 21, the pace softens. Italian food, simply done. Plates shared, wine poured lightly, conversation stretching longer than planned. Jackets loosened, sleeves rolled. A reminder that a global wardrobe works just as well seated at a table as it does in motion.

Afternoon - On Two Wheels

Rent a bike. Always.

Copenhagen is designed for movement. Streets unfold easily, coats buttoned against the breeze, knits breathing as the rhythm shifts. This is where a global wardrobe proves itself - practical, effortless, adaptable.

A Pause - Nyboder

A moment of stillness.

Nyboder’s historic row houses - once naval barracks - sit in quiet, orderly lines, washed in warm colour and history. Restrained, functional, enduring. A reminder that longevity, whether in architecture or clothing, comes from thoughtful design.

Snack - DØP (Den Økologiske Pølsemand)

Something simple, eaten standing.

An organic hotdog, sharp mustard, soft bread. No ceremony. Just fuel for walking. Sleeves pushed up, clothes creased slightly - worn, not styled.

Evening - Kødbyens Fiskebar

Dinner without theatre.

Fresh seafood, white tiles, an easy hum of conversation. Jackets draped over chairs, layers still working as the temperature drops. The wardrobe transitions seamlessly — no change required.

After Dinner - Bar Vitrine

One last stop.

Low light, warm interiors, a glass in hand. Conversation slows, coats pulled close, the city settling for the night. A quiet place to linger — not to be seen, but to stay awhile.

Night - 25hours Hotel

A place to land.

Relaxed, eclectic, quietly playful. Shoes off, coat hung, knits folded for tomorrow. The day ends as it began - comfortably, intentionally, well worn.
