We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday (AEDT) on the same business day and all orders placed after midday (AEDT) will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the Cable website.

Express shipping is a flat rate of AUD $15 per order. Orders placed before midday (AEDT) are dispatched the same business day; orders after midday ship the next business day. Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and may vary, especially during sales or promotions. Track your parcel via the Australia Post website, and contact Customer Service if it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated date.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  • Standard shipping within Australia is AUD $10.
  • FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide when you spend over AUD $300
  • Standard Shipping times apply for all orders.
  • Australia Post - Express Post is available and will cost AUD$15 per order, chargeable at checkout.
  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post through an E-Parcel service.
  • Tracking from Australia Post E-Parcel will be emailed directly to the customer notifying the status of the parcel.


Cable is not responsible for the loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please email us immediately. Most orders ship by midday on the day they are placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. A signature is required on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is AUD $35 with tracking via Australia Post, or free for orders over AUD $350 (excluding New Zealand).

Due to recent changes to US import regulations, our shipping provider, Australia Post, has temporarily paused shipping to the United States. We are monitoring the situation closely and hope to resume shipping to our US customers in the future.

International customers may be required to pay import duties or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional charges.

Cable cannot refund duties or taxes on returned international orders. In some countries, you may be able to apply directly to your customs office for a refund.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand standard shipping is a flat cost of $30. We do not currently offer express or free shipping for New Zealand orders.


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

For a secure delivery experience, all orders must be signed for upon arrival. In the event of absence, Australia Post will redirect parcels to the nearest post office for collection. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option and recommend providing a daytime address for smooth delivery.


SAME DAY DELIVERY - POWERED BY RENDR

We’re excited to offer fast and convenient delivery options, thanks to our partnership with Rendr.

Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery and 3-Hour Delivery is available to customers located within a 30km radius of select stores in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Hobart. We are working on expanding the number of stores available for both Same Day and 3-Hour Delivery in the near future.

This service is available Monday to Friday during store hours (excluding public holidays)

Order Cut-off Times
2 hours before stores are closed for the day. For example, if the store(s) within your delivery radius close at 5pm, then Same Day and 3-Hour delivery will be available until 3pm.

Delivery Fees
The cost is a flat fee of $15 for both Same Day and 3-Hour delivery.

Service Limitations
Same Day Delivery is not available for PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery Tracking and Updates
You’ll receive an email with tracking details from our delivery partner Rendr. Once your order is on the way, you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time through Rendr’s tracking system. Additionally, you will get SMS notifications to stay updated throughout the process.

Authority to Leave
If you order is under $500, Rendr has the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. If your order is over $500 and you are not available to collect, your parcel will be returned to the store it was dispatched from and we will contact you regarding re-delivery

CLICK & COLLECT

How to place a Click & Collect order: 

  1. Browse the website and when you find something you like, choose the desired size on the product page. 

  1. Click on the ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ button on the product page to check availability at our stores. 

  1. Add the product to your cart along with any other product you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. 

  1. At checkout, select ‘Pick Up’ as the shipping method and choose an available store. Note: If a store doesn’t have all items in your cart available for pick up, the Click & Collect pick up option won't appear. In this case, please select delivery for the entire order to be shipped to your home.  

  1. Complete your payment online. 

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a pick-up notification via email & SMS once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store. 

  1. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID for pick up.

Delivery delays can occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Please allow up to 3 additional business days. If your order is affected, Customer Care will contact you, or you can email info@cablemelbourne.com with any concerns.
