SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply:
Australian Orders
FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide
Australia Post Regular Post
Your order will be delivered in approximately 3-7 business days
Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment
Australia - Express Shipping - $10.00
Australia Post Express orders must be placed before 3:00pm AEST
$10.00 express shipping for all orders
Metro areas – your order will be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days
Outside metro areas – your order should be delivered in no more than 5 business days.
A signature may be required so please use an address where this can be obtained.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
International Orders
We will be in contact with you to advise our express service postage charges.
Cable Melbourne is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.
International customers may have to pay an import duties and/or customs clearance fees. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of each individual customer. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
