SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply:

Australian Orders

Delivery is FREE Australia wide. We use Fastway or Australia Port for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery time is 1-3 working days from dispatch. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days. A signature will be required so please use an address where this can be obtained.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

We will be in contact with you to advise our express service postage charges.

Cable Melbourne is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

International customers may have to pay an import duties and/or customs clearance fees. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of each individual customer. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
